What Our Satisfied Customers Are Saying
"I can’t say enough good things about this company and their work.
DC Electric did a great job upgrading our electrical panel. The service from start to finish was awesome. From working with Nicole in the office to the 3 technicians, Andrew, Bobby and Johnathan that were dispatched out to perform the work. They showed up right on time and worked nonstop though it was really hot outside. Provided us a generator, answered any questions that we had, explained everything before they left and did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely use them in the future!"
Linda Ball
"I'm very happy with DC Electric. I purchased a 1951 home, and multiple electrical issues were noted on the pre-purchase inspection. ALL of these deficiencies and hazards were addressed. In addition, I was advised when the electrical components of the house did NOT need to be updated. I had a follow-up issue with one aspect of the work, and the technician came out that evening (it was not an emergency). Andrew and Bobby were the technicians who performed the repairs and upgrades. Of note - I had to be away from the house for several hours while they were working. I had left every window in the house open in order to air it out. A storm rolled in while I was away, and Andrew and Bobby closed all of the windows - even though, not expecting a storm, I had advised them to leave the windows open while I was gone, and after they left. Thank goodness they didn't follow my instructions! I returned to a dry house."

"DC Electric did a fantastic job of upgrading my panel. They came out quickly, and gave me a detailed breakdown of the work to be done. They also went out of their way to explain how the components work. On the day of the work, they installed everything pretty quickly, and even provided a generator to use while they worked. Overall, very friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Would recommend!"

"DC Electric did a phenomenal job replacing the out of date (and out of regulatory compliance) electric panel on our home. From the first call to schedule a consultation and estimate to the last technician leaving the job site, the DC crew went far above our expectations.
The initial appointment with Dani was very concise and educational. He took time to explain the problem and the solutions they would provide. We were able to see exactly what would be delivered, and most importantly, the cost for each item. He explained the process that would take place and answered any questions we had.
Nicole was our contact for scheduling and any additional questions we had. She answered all of our questions promptly and effectively. Text and email reminders kept us very well informed.
Johnny, Bobby and Andrew were onsite for the installation of the new panel. They arrived on time and were on task all day. They kept us informed of the process and the time frame for completion of the job. Andrew made sure to do a final walk thru before they left the property. The new panel and all the additional fixtures installed are miles above what we had previously. We have caught ourselves going out and looking at the new equipment like it is a work of art, because it is!
We will no doubt be using them in the future for any electrical work we need. "
